When you use our service, you upload photos that you want Santa added to. We store these photos temporarily to process your order. Your photos are never used to train AI models.

Payment Information
Payment processing is handled securely by our payment partner, Polar.sh. We do not store your credit card details. Polar.sh's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.

We use analytics (PostHog) to understand how visitors use our website. This includes pages visited, time spent, and general usage patterns. This data is anonymized and used to improve our service.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- Process your Santa photo order
- Deliver your completed photo via email

We never sell your personal information or photos to third parties.
Data Retention
Your uploaded photos and generated images are stored for 30 days after your order is completed, after which they are automatically deleted. Your email address and order records are retained for accounting and support purposes.

- Photos are stored in secure cloud storage (Cloudflare R2)
- Download links are tokenized and expire after 7 days
